FAQ

Please note we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Prissy in Pink ships daily & we make it our goal to get you your merchandise out as soon as possible.
ORDER STATUS
Simply log into your account and select "Order Status" to view the status of each order. If the order reads shipped, make sure to check your email for a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail (sometimes emails end up there). You may track your order at any time using your tracking number at www.usps.com.
CREDIT CARDS/PAYPAL
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Prissy in Pink also excepts PayPal payments. Please note if paying with a PayPal eCheck your order will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared (typically 3-5 business days).
SHIPPING
All items will be shipped Via USPS unless other arrangements have been made. Orders for *in stock* items are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business day processing time for personalized items (embroidery services). Once your order ships, please allow an additional 3-7 business days to receive your order (standard shipping methods). USPS Express shipping offers guaranteed 1-2 business day delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. Prissy in Pink is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship international but our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. Please email us for an international shipping quote. To place an international order simply submit your order as usual & we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
We process and ship all orders M-F in the order in which they are received. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. Our shipping department works very fast and strives to get your merchandise shipped out as soon as possible!
ORDER ISSUES
If for any reason you are missing an item or something is wrong with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving. Please email us at info@prissyinpink.com for assistance. Thank you!
CONDITION OF USE
We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Pout In Pink products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Pout In Pink accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products. We highly recommend our products to be hand washed.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales. No exceptions.
